Child Safety Standards (CSAE)

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy Against CSAE

Pingo strictly prohibits:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
• Sexual content involving minors
• Grooming behavior
• Solicitation of minors
• Exploitation of children in any form
• Any attempt to share, upload, request, distribute, or promote sexual content involving minors

Any user found engaging in such activities will be:

• Immediately suspended or permanently banned
• Reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities
• Reported to relevant child protection organizations as required by law

We do not allow any content or behavior that endangers children.

2. Age Restrictions (18+ Only)

Pingo is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years and above.

We do not allow:

• Users under the age of 18
• Profiles that impersonate minors
• Images or content depicting minors
• Age misrepresentation

If an underage account is identified, it will be permanently removed.

3. In-App Reporting Mechanism

Pingo provides an in-app reporting system that allows users to:

• Report inappropriate content
• Report users engaging in suspicious behavior
• Report suspected exploitation or grooming
• Flag child safety concerns

Users can report directly from:

• Profile pages
• Chat screens
• Settings → Report

All reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team.

4. Handling of CSAM & CSAE Reports

If potential CSAM or CSAE content is detected:

• Content is immediately removed
• The account is permanently banned
• Relevant data is preserved as required by applicable law
• The matter may be reported to:
  • The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) (where applicable)
  • Relevant local or national law enforcement authorities
  • Appropriate child protection agencies

Pingo complies with all applicable child safety and mandatory reporting laws.
